Do I need a down payment to apply for financing?
You might be surprised to hear this, but you don't always need to provide a down payment to apply for financing. HOWEVER, depending on a variety of determining factors (i.e. credit history, desired monthly payment, etc.), it may be in your best interest to budget for a down payment, either in the form of a trade-in or in cash.
We understand that everyone's profile differs, therefore our licensed financial professionals take a unique approach to financing including taking into consideration all factors in order to yield the best case scenario for lender approval.
